Zetta Systems has successfully implemented the three key integrated management systems related to its business – quality management system (QMS based on ISO 9001:2015), information security management system (ISMS based on ISO/IEC 27001) and service management system (SMS based on ISO/IEC 20000:2018).

With the implementation of quality management system (QMS), Zetta Systems can demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the customer and regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system.

The information security management system (ISMS) helps us manage the security of key assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details and information entrusted to us by third parties and our customers. Our goal is to continuously develop and improve our security management system by applying the latest best security practices and frameworks.

Implementing the service management system (SMS) helps us establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to meet the service requirements of its customers and deliver more value.

The certification process was successfully completed in Q4 2019.
