Zetta Systems has started the process of implementing the three key management systems related to its business – quality management system (QMS based on ISO 9001:2015), information security management system (ISMS based on ISO/IEC 27001) and service management system (SMS based on ISO/IEC 20000:2018).

With the implementation of quality management system (QMS), Zetta Systems will demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the customer and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system.

The information security management system (ISMS) will help us manage the security of key assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details and information entrusted to us by third parties and our customers. Our goal is to continuously develope and improve our security management system by applingĀ  the latest best security practices and frameworks.

ImplementingĀ  the service management system(SMS) will help us establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to meet the service requirements of its customers and deliver more value.

We are planning to complete the certification process by the end of Q4 2019.
